Domestic shipping is available to all Australian States and Territories.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available for products from this site.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your CareXact purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

EASY RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 100 days from the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

Follow these steps for a smooth return:

  1. Contact our support team to get a copy of the Returns Form.

  2. Fill out the Returns Form.

  3. Once approved, we'll provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number helps us efficiently process your return. Please do not return the device without first receiving an RA number from us.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you meet the following conditions:

  • Request the refund within 100 days from the purchase date.

  • Cover the return postage fees, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Ensure the device is undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Return the product in its original packaging with all included items.

  • Our team will assess all returns, and deductions may apply if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

  • If you can't meet these conditions, please notify a team member before initiating the return.

  • Returns received outside of the 100-day period will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive the device. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

EASY EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, please meet the following requirements:

  • Contact our Customer Care team for troubleshooting assistance.

  • If the issue can't be resolved, request an exchange with a valid reason or as instructed by our team.

  • The warranty period for exchanges due to defects or issues arising from normal use is 12 months. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications (see Warranty).

  • Cover the return postage fees.

  • Devices damaged by misuse, accidents, or modifications are not eligible for exchange or refund.
