Emergency Alert

Pressing the SOS button sends an immediate emergency alert SMS to emergency contacts with your precise location details. Additionally, the SOS pendant will start calling through a list of four pre-programmed emergency contacts. When an emergency contact answers the call, a two-way phone call begins between the pendant and the emergency contact.

Fall Alert

The fall alert works much like the emergency alert, but no button press is required. If the pendant detects a fall it will send an SMS to emergency contacts and commence calling. The home can be a hazardous place, especially if living alone. Areas like the shower present especially high risks. Wear the SOS pendant in the shower or have it at hand in case of a fall.
