Can I use the device in the shower?

Yes, you can! The device is safe for use in the shower, but we recommend putting it in a waterproof bag just to be extra safe.

How much is postage?

Nothing at all! We offer free postage to anywhere in Australia, using Australia Post Express Post. Your device should arrive in just 2-3 days.

Do I need to provide my own sim card?

No, you don't! We'll provide a SIM card already installed in your device. The costs are covered in your monthly plan, so no need to worry about it.

How do I carry my personal alarm/SOS pendant?

There are many ways! You can attach it to your car keys, keep it in your handbag or pocket, or wear it around your neck with the provided lanyard.

Can I use the personal alarm/SOS pendant if I have a pacemaker?

Yes, however it's recommended to keep the device at least 25cm away from your pacemaker at all times.

How long does the battery last?

The battery typically lasts 2-4 days before needing a recharge. However, this can vary depending on how close you are to a network tower and your home's insulation. It's best to recharge the device every night.

Will an alarm be sent if I fall over?

Yes, it will! The device can sense sudden movements like falling over, which will trigger an alarm. You can adjust the sensitivity in the app, or press the emergency button to manually trigger the alarm.

Can I carry it in my bag?

Absolutely! If carrying the device on your person isn't convenient, you can keep it in your bag. But we recommend turning off the fall detection feature to avoid accidental alarms.

Can I go swimming with it?

It's not recommended. The device can handle shallow water briefly, but extended or deep immersion, could damage the device and void the warranty. Also the device should never be used in the ocean or in salt water, as the salt water will corrode the charging contacts and may damage the device.

Anywhere in Australia with Telstra mobile 4G coverage! Take it fishing, golfing, walking, shopping, gardening or just use it around the house. Enjoy your freedom and feel secure with your device.

Where is the best place to charge it?

Most people find it convenient to place the device in its charging cradle beside their bed. This way, it's easy to reach if you need to get up in the middle of the night.

I changed my mind, can I return the product?
